How many guests can Welton accommodate?
Welton's covered garden space comfortably holds up to 50 guests buffet-style — though not everyone can be seated indoors — with the wider garden available for additional outdoor space in fine weather. If a seated event is what you have in mind, get in touch and we'll talk through what's possible.
Is catering included?
Catering is available and can be tailored to your event — from a simple afternoon tea to a seasonal sit-down meal. All food is homemade and seasonal. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and we'll put together a quote.
Is there a minimum number of guests for catering?
Yes, we ask for a minimum of 10 guests — or the equivalent cost. Get in touch with your numbers and we'll work out what suits.
Can we bring our own caterer?
We work best when we're in charge of the kitchen. All catering at Welton events is provided by us — it keeps things simple, and frankly, the food is worth it.
What if it rains?
Welton has comfortable rain cover for up to 50 guests, so your event can go ahead regardless of what the weather decides.
Is there parking?
Yes — ample on-site parking is available, including for larger vehicles and coaches.
Can I visit Welton before confirming my event?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Get in touch to arrange a time to come and see the space — it's considerably easier to imagine your event here once you've stood in the garden.
